SyncPi – Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how SyncPi ("we", "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile game.

1. Data we collect

• If you play without an account: We store a random identifier on your device and on our server to save your game progress (level and score). No email or name is required.
• If you register: We collect and store the username, email address, and a secure hash of your password that you provide when you create an account. We also store your game progress (level and score) linked to your account.
• Advertising: The app uses Google AdMob to show rewarded video ads. AdMob may collect data (such as advertising ID and usage) according to Google's privacy policy. We do not control that data collection. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings.

2. How we use your data

• To save and sync your game progress (level and score) across devices when you sign in.
• To display your username on the in-app ranking/leaderboard if you have registered.
• To respond to your requests (for example, account or data deletion).

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on our servers. We use standard measures to protect it. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are not readable by us.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers that help us run the app (for example, hosting and analytics). AdMob may collect and use data as described in Google's privacy policy.

5. Your rights and data deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data (username, email, level, score) at any time. To request deletion, send an email to:

You can also use our account deletion form to submit your request.

Please send the request from the email address linked to your SyncPi account (or clearly identify your account). We will process deletion within a reasonable time and confirm once done.

6. Children

SyncPi is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us at syncpiapp@gmail.com and we will delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
